YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support a great guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your specialty! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You are a merchandising innovator: Keep your store in top shape through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Be alert to merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to act on them.
• Maintain a teamwork mentality: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in guiding the team to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, ensuring the store always looks #fresh!
• Be a people person: Prioritize the guest experience. Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins!
• Integrity is key: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Commit to shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
