YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates; plus, maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You have a keen attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Floorsets are your expertise: Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring standards are met across all areas of the store, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
• You're a merchandising innovator: Maintain store presentation through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Spot opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
• Teamwork is key: Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store #fresh.
• People skills: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team wins.
• Integrity: Maintain store safety standards, implement shrink-reduction strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
