YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your expertise includes executing Floorsets, marketing, merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, are passionate about visual standards, and enjoy working with your team to #getthejobdone. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You have a passion for merchandising: Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring your store reflects AEO Brand Standards in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
2. Floorsets are your specialty! Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
3. You are a merchandising innovator: Maintain the store's appearance through daily merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify opportunities and collaborate with leadership to take action.
4. Teamwork is key: Assist the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to uphold AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, keeping the store #fresh.
5. You are a people person: Prioritize the guest experience, foster a culture of recognition, and celebrate team successes.
6. Integrity is essential: Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, implement shrink-reducing strategies, and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
