Job summary
Autodesk seeks a Technical Specialist for AECO in North America to help customers solve real-world design and construction challenges with our software. You will be a trusted technical partner to customers, sales teams, and partners, translating needs into practical Autodesk solutions and measurable business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate across a diverse customer base, leading demonstrations and technical discussions, accelerating opportunities, and scaling proven approaches for broad impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AECO or related workflows.
- Experience working with customers, owners, stakeholders, or multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience using design/engineering/construction technology to solve real-world challenges.
- Demonstrated experience using AI and emerging technologies to improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and connect them to Autodesk solutions to make a measurable difference.
- Lead technical conversations, demonstrations, and solution discussions with customers.
- Accelerate opportunities by applying technical expertise to move sales forward.
- Scale proven solution approaches across multiple customers rather than starting from scratch.
- Equip sales teams and partners with technical knowledge and repeatable approaches.
- Collaborate with Autodesk sellers, partners, and customers to ensure a seamless experience from initial conversation to solution adoption.
- Help establish repeatable ways of working to reach more customers with high-quality technical execution.
