Autodesk is seeking a Sr. Customer Advocate, AECO to identify systemic customer problems that matter, shape the case for action, and influence decisions that improve customer and product outcomes at scale. This role centers on Construction and spans AECO across Autodesk.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Technical Support, TAC, and other teams to surface patterns, validate issues, and drive measurable impact in a structured listening approach across AECO.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in customer, technology, product, program, or business environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and pattern-recognition skills.
• Able to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to prioritize a limited number of high-impact issues.
• Comfort working with data, analytics, and AI-assisted tools.
• Quickly build product and technical context across a broad portfolio.
• Collaborative, low-ego leadership across boundaries.

Aufgaben

• Establish a structured listening approach across AECO to identify and prioritize systemic pain early.
• Build understanding of AECO workflows with initial emphasis on Construction and related context.
• Engage customers and internal partners to validate issues and deepen understanding.
• Synthesize evidence into a clear case for action, including scale and impact.
• Connect patterns across issues, products, and workflows to broaden portfolio view.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and keep work moving toward outcomes.
• Influence product and engineering by linking customer pain to priorities.
• Partner with readiness teams to turn decisions into scalable actions.
• Follow prioritized issues through to closure and measure impact on pain and productivity.
