Qualifications

• 5+ years of AECO industry experience including civil engineering, infrastructure, or related workflows.
• Experience translating customer needs into technical solutions and communicating complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience working with customers, owners, stakeholders, or multi-disciplinary teams to understand requirements and outcomes.
• Experience in designing, configuring, or integrating design/engineering tech to address workflows.
• Demonstrated use of AI or emerging tech to improve workflows or automate tasks.

• Lead technical conversations, demonstrations, and solution discussions to show what's possible.
• Accelerate opportunities by applying technical expertise to move sales forward.

• Equip sales teams and partners with technical knowledge, messaging, and repeatable playbooks.
