Job summary

LightTable, an AI-powered construction document review platform, seeks an experienced AEC Specialist to lead pre-sales and pilot delivery with enterprise clients in the US. You will run deep-dive demonstrations, shape proofs of concept, and ensure pilots translate into scalable enterprise adoption.

Strong communication of technical findings to executives is essential. Requirements include 8+ years in architecture/engineering or owner representation on large projects, hands-on document review

Qualifications

8+ years in architecture, engineering or owner/GC roles on large projects.
Hands-on experience conducting construction document reviews.
Ability to communicate technical findings to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead AEC side of customer pursuits with the Account Executive.
Run deep-dive demos and readiness discussions with client teams.
Own backtests end-to-end and present readouts with cost of miss.
Deliver pilot and implementation support across 3-5 live projects.
Capture practitioner feedback and log product gaps for engineering.
