Job summary

LightTable AI is hiring an experienced AEC Specialist to lead cross-functional efforts in discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments for large commercial and data-center projects. You will work with sales, engagement managers, and engineering to translate complex construction data into measurable value.

You will own backtests, define success criteria, and deliver training to project teams on 3–5 pilots.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 8+ years in architecture, engineering, or with GC/owner on large projects.
• Experience running construction document reviews and coordinating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AEC side of new customer pursuits with the Account Executive.
• Define customer problem and success criteria; shape proof-of-concept and pilot plans.
• Own end-to-end backtests and present readouts with actionable findings.
• Lead pilot delivery across 3–5 live projects and train end users.
• Support enterprise engagement by developing scalable rulesets and enablement materials.
• Contribute to product feedback and assist in bridging sales, engagement, and engineering.
