LightTable is seeking an AEC Product Lead to shape how our AI software supports architecture, engineering and construction project teams. You will define which problems to solve across the project lifecycle and work with AI engineers to translate practice into software.

You will be the AEC voice in Product and Engineering, collaborating with developers, contractors, architects and engineers on live projects. This role requires deep domain knowledge and hands-on leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Own the AEC side of the roadmap. Decide which problems across the project lifecycle are worth solving and iterate with AI engineers.
• Turn AEC practice into software designs by identifying industry problems, domain logic and acceptance criteria engineers build against.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to plan, test against real project documents, and judge output quality before customers see it.
• Expand what the product understands as new document types and project phases are added.
• Go to the field to observe how decisions are made and gather prioritized input.
• Run the feedback loop by synthesizing insights from pilots and enterprise accounts and closing gaps with stakeholders.
• Own output quality by defining right/wrong/missing for each capability and driving improvements.
• Equip Go-to-Market with roadmap context, release notes and training for account executives and specialists.
• Shape the industry conversation by representing LightTable with customers and partners as a practical AI in the AEC space.
