Job summary

LightTable AI seeks an AEC Product Lead to guide the AI-driven product that helps owners, contractors and design teams make better decisions across feasibility, design, buyout, procurement, construction and turnover.

You will partner with AI engineers and field teams to define output quality, expand supported document types and ensure the product aligns with real-world workflows on large commercial and data center projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in architecture, engineering, or with a general contractor, owner/developer or owner's representative on large commercial, mission-critical or data center projects.
• Define problem statements and steer product direction with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the AEC roadmap and justify next features to leadership and AI Engineering.
• Translate AEC practice into software designs with domain logic and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to test against real project documents and decisions.
• Expand product understanding across new document types, project phases and stakeholders.
• Go to the field to observe how decisions are made and gather prioritized input.
• Synthesize feedback across pilots and enterprise accounts, closing gaps with stakeholders.
• Own output quality by defining right/wrong/missing measures for capabilities.
• Equip Go-to-Market teams with roadmap context, release notes and training.
• Shape industry conversations and represent LightTable with customers and partners.
