Job summary

LightTable AI is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic enterprise accounts and drive post-sales outcomes for our AI-powered construction document review platform. You will orchestrate executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and co-design new workflows with clients to maximize value and adoption.

You will own engagements end-to-end, train client teams, and shape playbooks with our AEC specialists, product, and engineering teams, while prioritizing net retention

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in customer success, engagement management, or implementation at a B2B SaaS / tech company or consulting.
• Experience owning large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Ability to design and implement new workflows with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic engagements from contract signature onward and be the client’s primary owner.
• Drive change management and onboarding across multiple regions and teams.
• Define outcomes and build a shared roadmap with the client.
• Conduct regular check-ins and address gaps to ensure results.
• Maintain post-sales relationships, track usage, and monitor health.
• Provide customer input to shape product and roadmap.
