Job summary

NVT Staffing, Inc. in Falls Church, VA is seeking a driven Sales Representative to lead and grow our Architecture, Engineering & Construction division.

Based out of our Falls Church, VA headquarters, this role will spearhead business development efforts across the DMV with a competitive base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in the AEC field.
• Experience in staffing, sales, and/or client relationship management within the AEC industry.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed marketing requirements, including outbound calls, email campaigns, and client visits.
• Conduct regular in-person client meetings to build and maintain partnerships within the industry.
• Attend a minimum of three networking events per week (during business hours and/or after hours).
• Maintain consistent in-office presence Monday through Friday (specific hours TBD, but 40-hour week within an 8a-5:30pm core window).
• Adjust in-office schedule accordingly if attending approved after-hours networking events.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing client relationships.
