NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC is seeking a talented, professional Business Development Associate for our Greenville, SC office. The position will be predominantly outside sales, focusing on growing NOVA’s client base, pursuing project leads, and advancing the company’s market presence.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree in marketing, business, engineering or a related field, has 2+ years in the AEC industry, and demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication,

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the AEC industry or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and organized with the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Sell NOVA’s services by calling on prospective Clients to meet growth goals.
• Build relationships to generate proposals and contracts.
• Develop sales plans, monitor competition, and gather intelligence on client needs.
• Maintain market visibility and participate in industry events.
• Prepare weekly activity reports and manage leads from various sources.
