Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a proposals professional to manage the full lifecycle of competitive RFPs and RFQs from kickoff to final submission. You will write, edit, and tailor content while ensuring brand standards across documents and presentations.

The role involves coordinating proposal teams, supporting resumes and project pages, and developing visually compelling materials using InDesign and PowerPoint. Occasional site visits and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Writing background and/or marketing experience for professional services.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign/Illustrator for document design.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of multiple proposals with senior review.
• Organize proposal teams and coordinate with operations.
• Develop and edit RFQ/RFP responses and deliver compliant proposals.
