Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies in the United States is seeking an AEC Proposal Coordinator to lead end-to-end compliant proposals for federal and non-federal clients. You will manage the proposal schedule, assign pursuit tasks, ensure compliance, and coordinate content development with capture and technical leaders.

You will write and edit non-technical sections, customize resumes and project sheets, oversee graphics and layout to Bodwé’s brand, conduct color reviews, perform final quality checks, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of federal proposal experience.
• Three (3) years of proposal coordination experience in AEC industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign), OpenAsset and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, superb organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submittal.
• Track deadlines, requirements, and deliverables to ensure a compliant response.
• Develop and manage the proposal schedule and assignments.
• Create compliance matrices and coordinate with technical teams.
• Draft nontechnical sections (cover letters, firm overview, project sheets).
• Edit and refine content for clarity, persuasiveness, and readability.
• Develop graphics, infographics, and layouts following branding guidelines.
• Lead color reviews and conduct final quality and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with partners, subs, and clients to gather necessary collateral.
