Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator in San Diego to support pursuit teams in creating proposals, presentations, and related materials that help win projects.

This in-office, full-time role requires developing and editing content, maintaining brand standards, and coordinating with teams across the organization. Proficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint is essential, with 2+ years in proposal management and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Political Science, or other relevant field.
• Writing background and/or experience in marketing for professional services.
• Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of simultaneous proposals of various levels and complexity.
• Write and edit proposal content that responds to RFQ/RFP questions.
• Develop and edit presentation materials for team interviews and client meetings.
• Maintain Clark's brand standards across all marketing deliverables and templates.
