Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a marketing and proposal professional to join our creative, collaborative, and high-energy team based in Chicago, IL. You assist pursuit teams in creating innovative proposals, presentations, and other materials that help Clark win projects.

This full-time, in-office position is based in Chicago, IL. Some travel is required. You will deliver compliant proposals, edit content, and develop visuals using InDesign and PowerPoint to support winning bids.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proposal management experience in the AEC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, business, political science, or related field.
• Writing background and/or experience in marketing for professional services.
• Proficiency with InDesign/Illustrator for document design and production.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for slideshow presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of proposals with writing, editing, and layout support.
• Organize proposal teams and collaborate with operational staff.
• Develop and execute winning RFQ/RFP responses, including writing and visuals.
• Own delivering a compliant proposal document end-to-end.
• Prepare and edit presentation materials for team interviews.
• Maintain brand standards across marketing deliverables and templates.
• Maintain marketing databases and related materials.
