LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Seattle-based AEC client to recruit a Marketing and Proposal Manager. You will lead a small team, guiding BD and proposal direction while contributing to strategic market analytics and brand initiatives across Washington.

The role is permanent and primarily onsite in the East Side of Seattle, with a salary range of $95,000 to $125,000 plus full benefits.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in AEC marketing and proposal work.
• Experience leading teams or projects is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in the RFP/RFQ and pursuits process; InDesign proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small team of marketing and proposal experts to drive growth and brand in Washington.
• Oversee proposal processes and strategy with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide market analysis and strategic guidance to regional leadership.
• Lead kickoff meetings and support creative staff to deliver cohesive final products.
• Drive integrated marketing initiatives to build regional brand awareness.
