Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support a growing client team in Colorado. The role emphasizes proposals, brand management, business development support, and strategic marketing to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

This position requires 5+ years in marketing within AEC or professional services, with strong writing, CRM, and marketing automation skills. Hybrid schedule offered, with pay in the $80k–$95k range annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in AEC or professional services.
• Proven experience preparing proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and other business development materials.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and develop proposals, RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and qualification packages.
• Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and business development staff to create winning pursuit materials.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, project sheets, resumes, case studies, and presentation materials.
• Support business development efforts by researching opportunities and tracking pursuits.
• Manage CRM databases and ensure accurate project, client, and contact information.
• Assist with content creation for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and company communications.
• Coordinate industry events, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and client engagement activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication efforts.
• Track marketing metrics and provide reporting on campaign performance and proposal outcomes.
