Job summary

J.A. Brennan Associates, a Seattle-based landscape architectural design firm, seeks a marketing coordinator with 2+ years in A/E/C. You will bridge marketing, graphic design, communications, and business development across platforms, handling leads, proposals, and marketing assets.

You’ll work with leadership to manage marketing efforts, collaborate with design staff on graphics, and maintain databases and social media presence. Part-time, Seattle office.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a similar role within a professional services firm (A/E/C preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualifications packages, write and edit proposal sections, ensure consistency and compliance.
• Create and maintain marketing materials such as project summaries, cutsheets, and databases.
• Manage lead tracking, research industry and client targets, and coordinate awards/submittals.
• Collaborate with design staff to produce graphics for proposals and presentations.
• Oversee website content, social media presence, and ongoing marketing assets.
