You will lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle, targeting commercial office owners, landlords, architecture firms, and furniture providers, and demonstrate ROI through AI-driven outputs that accelerate the design-to-delivery pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in CRE/PropTech or related field.
• Background in CRE Tech, PropTech, or ConTech is a plus.
• Familiarity with CAD/Revit workflows or space planning.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to enterprise real estate firms.

Responsibilities

• Hunt, nurture, and close deals across high-value regional cohorts and industry giants in CRE.
• Champion an automated architectural model, showing benefits over manual drafting.
• Build partnerships with decision-makers at large firms and furniture providers.
• Refine value proposition for different personas from broker to architect.
• Drive aggressive growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.
