Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking an AEC Account Executive to lead enterprise CRE sales of a category-defining AI platform, replacing manual drafting with instant, optimized design packages for the world's largest owners, landlords, and architecture firms.

You will own the full sales lifecycle, hunt and close deals with high-value regional accounts, build executive partnerships, and relentlessly exceed revenue targets while promoting how AI accelerates the design-to-delivery pipeline.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of sales experience targeting CRE owners, landlords, architecture firms, or furniture providers.
Background in CRE Tech, PropTech, or ConTech is a plus; experience in workplace tech or BIM software is an advantage.
Background or familiarity with architectural sales, CAD/Revit workflows, or space planning.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and navigating complex account structures.

Responsibilities

Hunt, nurture, and close deals across high-value regional cohorts and industry giants.
Champion an automated architectural model, showing stakeholders how to replace manual drafting with instant, optimized design packages.
Build deep partnerships with decision-makers at the Big 4, architecture firms, and furniture dealers, speaking leasing and workplace strategy language.
Partner with leadership to refine the value proposition for brokers, architects, and other personas.
Drive aggressive growth and consistently exceed revenue targets.
