FedEx Freight in Memphis is seeking an experienced Training Lead to design and implement advanced sales training strategies across the organization. You will partner with sales leadership, mentor staff, and drive adoption of digital learning tools while ensuring compliance and delivering measurable performance improvements.
This on-site role requires five years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, with travel as needed.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in MHQ-Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
Leads the design and implementation of advanced sales training strategies. Acts as a consultant to sales leadership, ensuring training programs drive performance and align with business goals. Lead enterprise-level training initiatives with broad impact across multiple sales teams or regions. Provides strategic input and guidance to leadership and mentors junior staff. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field.
Five (5) years in training, sales support, or instructional design.
