FedEx Freight, Inc. seeks a Learning & Development professional to deliver education and training across Memphis, TN, and Harrison, AR locations, coordinating schedules and ensuring impactful learning experiences.
You will work with instructional designers, lead trainer workshops, mentor senior specialists, and partner with leadership to align education strategies with business goals; travel to FedEx Freight locations as needed.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
Responsible for delivering education and training experiences through a variety of approaches to assigned district and functional area. Provide consultations to business partners to identify training needs and priorities, prescribe appropriate training materials and improve learning outcomes. Work closely with the instructional designer. Coordinate training schedule based on training needs and requirements to promote optimal business results. Problems faced are difficult and complex. Resolutions may require use of creativity and independent judgement. May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
