FedEx Freight is seeking a senior training strategist to lead the design and implementation of advanced sales training programs. You will consult with sales leadership, drive enterprise-level initiatives, and mentor junior staff while shaping performance across regions.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in training or instructional design, strong go-to-market knowledge, content creation, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Some travel is required.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in MHQ-Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
Leads the design and implementation of advanced sales training strategies. Acts as a consultant to sales leadership, ensuring training programs drive performance and align with business goals. Lead enterprise-level training initiatives with broad impact across multiple sales teams or regions. Provides strategic input and guidance to leadership and mentors junior staff. Operates with a high degree of autonomy and influence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field.
Five (5) years in training, sales support, or instructional design.
Some travel required.
