FedEx Freight seeks a seasoned procurement leader to drive enterprise-wide category management strategies and sourcing initiatives. You will develop and execute sourcing programs, manage supplier relationships, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to optimize spend.
The role requires five+ years in sourcing or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency in project management.
This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight Location several times per week.
Leads the development and execution of holistic, enterprise-wide category management strategies, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, diversity, and risk management initiatives. Develops, executes, and manages sourcing strategies using the Company's sourcing methodology.
