Job summary

Touchtunes is seeking a Sales Development Manager, Advertising to build and scale our outbound sales development engine. You will own target account strategy, prospecting, and multi-channel outreach to generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

Reporting to the SVP of Advertising, you’ll use modern sales technology and AI-powered SDR tools to create scalable processes, connect prospects with sellers, and drive the growth of our advertising business.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in B2B demand generation or similar growth roles.
• Experience building or scaling outbound prospecting programs.

Responsibilities

• Build target account strategy across national advertisers, agencies of record, and local media.
• Generate qualified meetings by outbound activity and routing to sales reps.
• Execute campaigns using CRM, sales engagement platforms, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
• Own prospect data quality and account intelligence in CRM.
• Test and optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies.
• Measure funnel metrics and report on pipeline generation.
• Scale SDR resources and refine playbooks for growth.
