Job summary

TouchTunes is seeking a Demand Generation Manager, Advertising to build and scale our outbound sales development engine. You’ll own target account strategy, prospecting, and multi-channel outreach to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

You’ll work with AI-powered SDR tools, automate workflows, and optimize performance across campaigns. This role reports to the SVP of Advertising and offers a hybrid/remote work setup with global flexibility.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, sales development, outbound growth, or a similar growth-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Build target account strategy across national advertisers, holding companies, agencies of record, independent and regional agencies, local media partners, and programmatic buyers.
• Generate qualified meetings by outbound activity and routing meetings to the appropriate sales rep.
• Execute outbound campaigns using CRM, sales engagement platforms, and AI-powered prospecting tools.
• Own prospect data quality within the CRM, including contact records, decision-maker maps, and account intelligence.
• Optimize messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies to improve response and meeting rates.
• Measure funnel metrics, report on pipeline generation, and balance demand with seller capacity.
• Build scalable SDR processes and expand SDR resources as the business grows.
