Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to join our Service team during peak seasons. You’ll learn across vehicle operations, service production support, and career development, with a clear pathway toward becoming a Service Technician.

You’ll participate in TRAIL, receive mentorship, and complete RLN modules to grow your hands-on skills and stay aligned with Rivian’s adventurous ethos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience is highly preferred.
• Strong desire to learn with a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute across vehicle & site operations, service production support, and training pathways.
• Assist with vehicle intake, inspection, detailing, and basic logistics to keep inventory ready.
• Support technicians with basic tasks and learn Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and Express Lane work.
• Engage in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network to develop toward a Service Technician role.
