Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist to support peak seasonal demand. You'll help with vehicle intake, detailing, and logistics, keeping Rivian vehicles ready for delivery and service.

The role offers hands-on training and a clear path toward becoming a Service Technician. You'll participate in the TRAIL program, receive mentorship, and complete RLN modules while supporting cross-functional teams across Florida, Georgia, and adjacent locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous technical experience is highly preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and hands-on problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory; maintain readiness.
• Assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks; learn to use hand/power tools.
• Participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning modules; support career growth.
