Job summary

Rivian is seeking an Adventure Readiness Specialist in Costa Mesa, CA, to support our Service team during peak seasonal periods. You will help with vehicle intake, readiness, and logistics, while gaining hands-on experience that prepares you for a future as a Service Technician.

The role includes learning through the TRAIL program, mentorship, and on-the-job training. This entry-level position offers growth within Rivian's service network and a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior technical experience (auto repair, mechanical or electrical) preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle & site operations: receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory; maintain readiness and cleanliness of vehicles.
• Service production support: assist technicians with basic repairs and PDI tasks; learn to use hand and power tools.
• Training & career development: participate in TRAIL program and Rivian Learning Network; explore path to Service Technician.
