Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a hospitality team and uphold our culture of activating awesome. You will supervise operations, drive customer service excellence, and mentor staff across scheduling, training, and performance initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in management within hospitality and a hands-on, energetic attitude. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience required (theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants).
• 3+ years' supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Brand ambassador and culture champion; strong motivation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high performance.
• Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, and staff training.
• Develop weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
• Motivate staff and maximize customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Develop staff for leadership programs and promotability.
• Manage inventory and control expenses.
• Oversee operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure environment.
• Improve operational execution per Urban Air standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
