Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Brand Ambassador and Culture Champion.
• Professional grooming and conduct expected at all times.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment with exceptional customer service and staff performance.
• Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline and training programs.
• Develop weekly schedules ensuring adequate staffing and coverage.
• Lead and motivate staff to maximize customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Select and develop staff for leadership program readiness.
• Ensure execution of staff recognition and incentive programs.
• Assist with inventory and control of expenses.
• Oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food/beverage, attractions and inspections.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Adhere to Urban Air operating standards and philosophies; support continuous improvement.
