Job summary

Easterseals Redwood is seeking an Advancement Data Coordinator to optimize donor data and reporting using Raiser's Edge NXT. You will ensure accurate gift processing, maintain clean donor records, and produce reports that inform fundraising strategy and stewardship.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement, you will translate data into practical tools for the team, identify segmentation opportunities, and support targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising/advancement operations preferred.
• Strong data management and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective use of Raiser’s Edge NXT to enable clear communication, analysis, reporting, and stewardship for funders and volunteers.
• Manage gift processing, acknowledgement, pledge tracking, and data quality of donor records.
• Provide data insights to prioritize prospects, support meetings, and evaluate fundraising activity.
• Support fundraising appeals by building donor lists and segmentation, ensuring timely outreach.
• Provide timely, professional service to donors and stakeholders, resolving questions and maintaining accurate records.
• Analyze donor data to support targeted fundraising initiatives and campaign planning.
• Support events with invitation lists, segmentation, and data requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
