Job summary

Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School in Drexel Hill, PA is seeking an Advancement Services Coordinator to manage the Raiser's Edge NXT database, ensure data integrity, and provide reporting solutions for development staff. The role supports the Executive Director and leads stewardship activities.

The position is full-time, 12 months, with benefits, and requires willingness to work occasional nights and weekends along with background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with a fundraising CRM database, preferably Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Ability to create mail merges using Word and Excel.
• Comfort using Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Raiser's Edge database and ensure data integrity.
• Create and execute ad hoc reports, queries and exports for fundraising activities.
• Oversee gift entry, revenue reporting, and biographical data updates.
