Easterseals Redwood is seeking an Advancement Data Coordinator to optimize donor data and reporting using Raiser's Edge NXT. You will ensure accurate gift processing, maintain clean donor records, and produce reports that inform fundraising strategy and stewardship.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, you will translate data into practical tools for the team, identify segmentation opportunities, and support targeted outreach.

The Advancement Data Coordinator will help Easterseals Redwood use Raiser’s Edge NXT and donor data more effectively to strengthen fundraising strategy, stewardship, and reporting. This role will manage accurate gift processing and acknowledgements, maintain clean and reliable donor records, create reports and analysis that support informed decision-making, and help the Advancement team identify opportunities for targeted outreach, segmentation, and donor engagement. The ideal candidate brings strong database skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into practical tools that help the team grow fundraising results.
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Advancement Data Coordinator will help ensure Easterseals Redwood’s advancement team has accurate donor information, useful reports, and well-prepared materials to manage and grow relationships with supporters. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, curiosity about what the data can tell us, and a commitment to using information to improve fundraising results.
