Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT.
• 3–5 years experience with auction or event management software.
• Demonstrated experience in advancement, nonprofit, or fundraising operations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT and maintain donor and gift records.
• Manage constituent records, including biographical info, relationships, giving history, and interests.
• Maintain gift records and reconcile with the Business Office.
• Establish database policies, data-entry standards, and audits for quality control.
• Train staff on Raiser’s Edge NXT use and data-entry practices.
• Collaborate with Business Office and cross-department teams to ensure data integrity.
