Job summary

Concord Academy in Concord, MA is seeking an Advancement Services & Database Specialist in our Advancement and Engagement Office. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end gift recording, reconciliation, tax receipts, and safeguarding of constituent data in line with CASE standards.

Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services, this role also provides technical database support during our transition from Raiser's Edge to RE NXT, including data imports, global updates, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in gift accounting, records management, and database operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge / RE NXT (Database View and WebView) is strongly preferred; familiarity with GiveCampus and data import functionality.

Responsibilities

• Core Gift Processing & Financial Accounting: process gift batches, reconcile with General Ledger, manage pledges.
• Tax Receipts & Acknowledgments: generate donor tax receipts and acknowledgments.
• Gift Documentation & Security: maintain gift files and ensure cash handling compliance; support audits.
