Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training.
• Must complete Sparklight Advanced Technician course within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Install new customer services and perform repairs and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret system/network design maps and verify as built documentation.
• Splice/terminate coaxial and fiber optics, activate devices, and test performance.
• Work overtime, weekends, and on-call as required.
