Best Buy's Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician in Issaquah, WA, provides tech support and repairs for computers and devices, delivering excellent customer experiences by listening and partnering with other Geek Squad Agents.

You’ll troubleshoot, follow procedures, and leverage your technical abilities to help customers get the most from their tech; prior electronics experience is helpful, and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting or repairing technology products.
• Experience using and learning about consumer electronics.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic discoveries, make recommendations and repair devices for customers in person or over the phone.
• Establish timely follow-up rhythms and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Document customer requests and repairs accurately with the team.
• Ensure repairs are completed promptly and coordinate with leadership when issues arise.
• Maintain knowledge and certifications through training.
