Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team with aseptic technique, instrument handling, and room turnover. This full-time role includes 36 hours per week and a pay range reflective of experience and shift requirements.

Candidates should have surgical technology training, NBSTSA/NCCT certification, and BLS. The role covers highly specialized procedures in neurosurgery, spine, cardiothoracic, vascular, robotics, and orthopedics.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.
• Current Basic Life Support required.
• Certification through NBSTSA or NCCT is required.
• 5 years OR experience with specialized training in neurosurgery/spine or robotics.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain aseptic technique and assist in procedures.
• Prepare and organize supplies, instruments during/after surgery.
• Assist in room turnover and with patient prep.
• Monitor sterility of supplies and equipment; document usage.
