Baxter Healthcare is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Greater Baltimore, MD area. You will represent our Advanced Surgery portfolio, build trust with doctors and nurses, and work on-site with field-based travel to a defined geographic territory.

You will promote hemostats, sealing, and tissue products, meeting clinical and economic needs, while supporting teams to drive adoption and outcomes in the operating room. This role emphasizes accountability and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or 4+ years in sales or operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the full Baxter product portfolio and surgical devices.
• Cover cases with surgeons and report outcomes and opportunities to RM/TBM/KAM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot in-place equipment; conduct staff education on Baxter devices.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure on-label usage by remaining present in the surgical suite and during in-servicing.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to reach business goals.
• Collaborate with RM/TBM/KAM to plan and meet quotas.
