Job summary

You will document results, collaborate with QC and engineering to keep repairs flowing, and maintain parts usage. Expect a fast-paced environment in a warehouse/industrial setting with a focus on reliability and quality

Qualifications

• Know basic server architecture and components.
• Able to assemble server parts to restore function.
• Run and interpret testing diagnostics and error codes.
• Understand basic networking concepts and server operating principles.
• Document symptoms, tests, and fixes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed and verify repairs.
• Conduct server stress tests and analyze results.
• Document all symptoms, results, and parts replaced in shop floor tool.
• Collaborate with QC, repair teams, and engineering.
• Provide backup support for QC and inspections.
• Maintain parts consumption and supply levels.
• Communicate status between engineering and operations.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
