Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Server Repair Technician in Grapevine, TX. You will test, troubleshoot, and replace parts on servers sent for diagnosis and repair.

Responsibilities include inspecting servers, diagnosing issues, performing server stress tests, documenting results, and coordinating with repair teams. You may lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; server-related certifications preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing servers and replacing parts.
• Experience with server configuration and basic networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document symptoms, test results and parts replaced.
• Collaborate with repair, QC, and inspection teams.
• Maintain parts consumption and provide backup support.
