Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent technical experience.
• Certifications in Server support and architecture desired.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing servers.
• Experience with replacing parts on servers.
• Good written and verbal skills – needs to document errors and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, and diagnose servers.
• Replace parts as needed.
• Conduct and analyze server stress tests.
• Document all symptoms, test results, and parts replaced in shop floor tool.
• Collaborate with motherboard repair, motherboard testing, QC, whole unit repair, and inspections personnel.
• Provide back up for QC, inspection, whole unit repair, and motherboard testing.
