Vivmark Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II for our Laurel, MD community. This full-time role (40 hours/week) requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances to keep homes in top condition and ready for residents.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to rotate on-call schedule.
• Good communication with residents and team.
• Knowledge of safety policies and PPE.
• Familiarity with SDS and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Complete service requests per standards and deadlines.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Assist in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintain safety culture and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding.
