Vivmark Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician in Laurel, MD. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, ensure timely service completion, and keep apartments rent-ready. The role includes preventative maintenance, basic painting, and safety compliance within a dynamic community.

Competenze

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule in rotation with the team each month.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members to provide customer service.
• Knowledge of SDS, PPE and safe chemical handling.

Mansioni

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and other systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in line with company standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs Preventative Maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Maintains a safety culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per Vivmark standards.
