Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide receptionist duties, customer service, and scheduling support in clinics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outpatient clinic appointment schedules.
• Screen and route phone calls and requests with privacy rules.
• Manage priorities and deadlines to support patient flow and care coordination.
• Assist in team huddles and biweekly meetings for patient care planning.
• Prepare patient workload reports and monitor activity for accuracy.
