You will handle service requests, ensure rent-ready turnovers, and contribute to preventative maintenance programs.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to join our on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work on-call rotation.
• Ability to read policies, SDS sheets and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
• Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, quality manner.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready; perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all procedures for loss prevention.
