• Ability to read and follow policies and procedures.
• On-call availability in rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and related systems.
• Ensure tenant homes are rent-ready and maintenance requests are completed promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety compliance tasks.
• Assist with on-call duties and respond to emergency situations as needed.
